Job:Creative Director & Designer
About:After finishing his graphic design studies in 2002, during which course he followed design internships at international agencies in London and Rotterdam, Harald Dunnink (1981) decided to team up with his then partner to found the digital creative agency Momkai. While at first being more focused on visual communication he invited his current business partner and creative developer Sebastian Kersten to join the agency and hence give it a proper technical foundation. Gradually they moulded Momkai into a renowned studio for high-end interactive projects. To uphold their high standards for quality they are selective with the talent that’s being recruited. Since the founding of the agency Harald has final responsibility for all projects as creative director. He combines this function with that of designer, mostly focusing on graphical user interfaces and from time to time illustrational work. After the startup years in which clients like Kawasaki Europe and Oger Fashion were still welcomed in the living room the studio developed as a fully fledged agency that has realized projects for amongst others Amnesty International, Nalden.net, ING Postbank, The Netherlands Library Association, Adobe and The Netherlands Royal Air Force. Hereby they on one hand work together with (ad) agencies and on the other are directly involved with their clients.
