Name: Savannah Daras Country: United States Job: Photography and I work in radio.
Url: http://www.savannahdaras.com About: I am relatively shy/reserved, and very soft-spoken. People always ask me why I am so quiet, but I am just not a loud person. I like to observe people, especially when they think no one is looking/listening. I have 5 cats and two ferrets (well four of the cats live with my mother). I am definitely a crazy cat lady at heart. I enjoy finding the magic in the world, underneath all the crap. I am in love with photography, I want it to consume my entire world. There are really so many things that I want to do with my life. Get Inspired by: My inspiration comes to me in such sporadic ways. Often I will be sitting at my computer, thinking, browsing, and an idea will pop in to my head, so I will quickly write it down and continue to think about it, let it grow. Other times I come up with ideas on the spot while I am alone at one of my go-to locations. Nature, movies, music, art work, it all inspires me. Tools/Techniques: I use a Nikon D90 with a 50mm f/1.8 lens mostly, it is my go-to lens. Aside from that I use Photoshop CS5, and natural lighting. My editing style has changed/progressed over the years.. I am always experimenting and trying new techniques.

Hello Savannah Daras, your pictures are a wonderful tribute to your thoughts which inspires your creativity. The effort you took to express your thoughts in pictures and the emotions your pictures are a delight indeed. Your use of photoshop effects to add to the emotions which you hold close to your heart is truly touching. The first picture of the lady lying in a haze of blue, innocent and peaceful like a baby in womb is my favorite, though all your other pictures are equally good.
Thank you for taking the time and sharing this with all of us around the world through get inspired.com.
May god bless your creativity and you continue creating and presenting such beautiful works. thank you.
